Agreement to terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SRRTED. app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

The Service

SRRTED. is a job management application for Australian tradespeople. It provides tools for job scheduling, quoting, invoicing, team management, and an AI voice assistant ("Ol'mate") to assist with business administration tasks.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with reasonable notice.

Subscription and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

Acceptable use

You agree to use SRRTED. only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the AI assistant to generate misleading quotes, invoices, or other documents intended to deceive clients.

Your data and content

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into SRRTED. (jobs, clients, invoices, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. SRRTED. is a tool to assist you — you remain responsible for the accuracy of quotes, invoices, and tax-related figures you send to clients or submit to the ATO.

GST and financial estimates

GST and BAS figures generated by SRRTED. are estimates based on the invoice data you have entered. These figures are provided for convenience only and do not constitute financial, tax, or accounting advice.

Always verify financial figures with a qualified accountant or BAS agent before lodging with the ATO. SRRTED. accepts no liability for errors in GST or BAS calculations.

AI assistant (Ol'mate)

Ol'mate is an AI assistant powered by large language model technology. While we aim for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors or omissions. You should always review any jobs, quotes, or invoices created by Ol'mate before sending them to clients.

SRRTED. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on Ol'mate's responses.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, SRRTED. and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Termination

You may stop using SRRTED. and cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms & Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of SRRTED. after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
