About this policy
SRRTED. ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
By using the SRRTED. app or website, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
Information we collect
We collect the following types of information when you use SRRTED.:
- Account information — your name, email address, and password when you sign up.
- Business information — your business name, ABN, phone number, trade type, and hourly rate provided during onboarding.
- Job and client data — jobs, quotes, invoices, client names, addresses, and contact details you enter into the app.
- Voice input — audio you record when using the Ol'mate voice assistant. Audio is processed in real time and is not stored beyond the session.
- Usage data — information about how you use the app, including feature interactions and error logs, used to improve the service.
- Device information — device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting purposes.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the SRRTED. service.
- Process your requests through the Ol'mate AI assistant (jobs, quotes, invoices).
- Send you important service notifications (e.g. payment confirmations, account updates).
- Generate GST and BAS estimates based on your invoice data.
- Respond to your support requests.
- Comply with our legal obligations.
We do not use your personal information to serve you advertising.
Third-party services
SRRTED. uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Supabase — secure cloud database for storing your account and business data.
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — powers the Ol'mate AI assistant. Your voice and text inputs are sent to Anthropic's API for processing.
- ElevenLabs — powers Ol'mate's voice responses.
- RevenueCat — manages your subscription and in-app purchases.
- Sentry — error monitoring to help us identify and fix bugs.
We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit. Access to your data is protected by row-level security — only you can access your own business data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data (via Settings → Delete Account in the app).
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe we have breached the APPs.
Children's privacy
SRRTED. is intended for use by adults operating trade businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of SRRTED. after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
